Last night was the Vogue Fashion Night Out and London most definitely rose to the occasion. The roads were literally closed off in central and New Bond Street, in particular, was crammed with every kind of fashionista and socialite possible. The buzz and atmosphere was contagious.
Celebrities, models, journalists and paparazzi flooded the streets and networked in and out the plethora of shops that played host at the event. It was a united front in celebration of Britain’s fabulous fashion and retail industry and a delightful prelude to what we can expect for this fast approaching London Fashion Week that kicks off in a week’s time.
My personal highlights from the evening were sipping Mojitos at Bally, hanging out with Razorlight’s Johnny Borrell as he hit the decks for Juicy Couture and bumping into all my male friends at the luxurious Louis Vuitton. Dan Cook, Sam Vallance and Stephen Bracken were a selection of the gorgeous male model waiters hired to serve the guests with the much needed refreshments…it was absolutely baking in there!
